There could be two errors you're seeing.

‘User does not exist’?

If you have tried logging in with your mobile number, try instead with your email address, and vice versa.

Neither of these working?

Your account may have been set up with a previous mobile number or email address. Try to log in using your previous details.

Be sure to update your account details once you log in!

‘Incorrect username or password’

Click on ‘Forgot your password?’

Enter the same username you used when trying to log in e.g. if you used your mobile as username, enter that again.

A secure code will be sent to the email address linked to your Fupay account (even if your mobile is the username). Check your email for the code.

Enter the code and keep Fu’ing 😃
