To link your bank account/s is super easy! After you've started the application process, the app will ask which bank you are with. It will then ask you for your bank account login details and will continue the onboarding process.

If you are having trouble linking your bank please try these tips to resolve your linking issues first:

  • Check that you are entering valid credentials.

  • Jump into your internet banking web app and double confirm that you can log in and see your transactions when you enter those details - be sure to read any prompts displayed in your bank when you log in.
