When it comes to our Lending Criteria we take our responsibilities here at Fupay seriously. One of the checks we complete for every member is a KYC check (know your customer) and a member will not be able to apply for Fu Cash, Fu Bills, or a Fu Card until this has been successfully completed.

When you go through the Fupay onboarding process you will be asked to enter the details of one of the below identification documents:

Australian Driver's Licence

Australian Passport

Medicare Card

Please note that these identification documents must be in your name and be current (they can't be expired or canceled).
