If you request a refund from a merchant for a purchase made on the Fu Card, Fupay will identify the refund when the funds are returned back onto the card. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund process to be completed.

Some handy things to remember!

If you make a return for the full purchase amount and haven’t yet paid us back, your Fupay account will update to show the spot as being canceled.

If you make a return for only a portion of the full purchase amount and haven’t yet paid us back, the spot amount will be adjusted and your Fupay account will reflect this.

If you make a full or partial return and have paid the amounts back to us we will transfer the refund into your linked bank account.

If for any reason we can’t identify the spot our team will be in touch with you to finalise your refund!
