Don't worry we know sometimes you Fu up or simply just don't have the money in the bank to pay a bill or get to your next payday. That's why we created Fupay in the first place, we're here to help and not smash you with late fees.
So here's how it works:
When you apply to use Fupay we help you by working out a recommendation of when and how much we think you'll be able to repay over the next 8 weeks. This is all modelled around helping you to manage making your Fupay repayments along with all of your other lifestyle costs.
We will only collect money from a bank account that you have linked to Fupay, this is so that we can help you by not collecting money from you when you don't have it available. We can also help you to move an upcoming repayment ahead of time if the FutureYou dash identifies that you are likely to be in the red in an upcoming paycycle.
Before we collect a repayment from you we check your bank account, we try to avoid late fees and any associated bank fees by not collecting money from you if you don't have it.
We then keep an eye on your bank and collect the money you owe to us when we can see you have money in your bank account.
